Electric Rates

DWP provides safe, reliable power to more than 1,750 accounts in the City of Corona.

The City of Corona's electric rates are calculated using the following seasonally adjusted baselines:
Summer:  470 kwh per month or 15.66 kwh per day
Winter:  355 kwh per month or 11.83 kwh per day

Baseline allowances are based on 53% of average zonal consumption using data collected between January 2009 to December 2011.

This schedule is applicable to customers whose monthly Maximum Demand is expected to be 200 - 500 kW.

Time periods

On-Peak: 12 noon to 6 pm summer weekdays except holidays.
Mid-Peak 8 am to 12 noon and 6 pm to 11 pm summer weekdays except holidays.
8 am to 9 pm winter weekdays except holidays.
Off-Peak: All other hours
